Covers tasks in your signed scope. It doesn't cover new requests, pre-existing damage, permanent stains, building-maintenance issues, areas we couldn't access, or another provider's work.
12 months, with a 30-day out
The 12 months protect your price. Your monthly price stays the same for the year unless your scope changes, and any change is written down and agreed first.
The 30-day out protects you. If we're not earning it, give us 30 days' notice and you're done. No penalty, no fight.
